Golf Balkan is one of the very few companies that carry out all of its work in-house. We find that by doing every task in-house we are able to control the quality and speed of the project. This translates into faster schedules.

Our comprehensive involvement ensures clients that every phase of each project will be executed on schedule, within budget, thus allowing projects to be completed within allowed timescales. By using our own equipment, we retain complete control over the quality of workmanship. Our personnel are expert in all phases of construction, from the initial survey, through shaping, irrigation, to grassing and grow-in. We are available for golf projects of all sizes, scopes and complexity.

Renovation of existing golf courses is also a part of Golf Balkan’s business. From time to time courses need to be renovated for many different reasons: from bad drainage through to owners or members requiring a different look or simply to bring a course up to modern standards.

Course renovation requires a different approach to new construction, but Golf Balkan has proven that its team of professionals can handle the most complex renovation projects, again from minimal bunker re-construction through to USGA specification green construction.
